What a lovely little book!

This was actually a lot better than I fist imagined. There's some great ideas in there when you're stuck designing type. I may just have to treat myself to this!

Sooooo I've managed to get the lovely Simon from Halu to actually make a t-shirt out of one of my designs. Amazing! Yellow is definitely my favourite and he just looks so cute don't you think?

He was requested by Simon himself, which made the first choice easy enough, but what shall I put on my next t-shirt? A design I have done already? Or create a new one?

Who do these stickers belong to?

I decided I was going to walk to work this morning and on my way (just in Digbeth) I saw these cute little ducks. Anyone that knows me, knows I just love ducks, and so they really made me smile. I tried searching for the artist, and all I could find was this (click for PTP's flickr)

I've been watching a lot on the telly about street art recently and it's got me thinking, maybe I should produce some stickers? I mean it's less damaging than spraying my name all over a wall, and it may get more people looking at my work, or just inspire other illustrators.

Obviously I would of wanted to create ducks, but maybe I'll create some monsters instead? Hmmm...

Mini mini mini mini mini

So recently I've been going to some Mini shows, and at each one, there's so many pieces of art work for sale. But this stuff is so easy and simple to make, so I thought I'd make my own. For the model, I've used a photo of a Mini that I took myself and had a little play on Photoshop.

The Mini belongs to my boyfriend, and I thought about making some art for him. Not only can he have whatever colour and style he wants, it's his own Mini! I would love to be able to do this for customers at Mini (or other car) shows. I absolutely love the pop-art look!
